In such cases, we will issue you a refund first or, if preferred, offer to secure placement in a comparable outlet.
After booking and payment, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to upload your article or press release.
IONH MEDIA does not offer content writing, as most clients are agencies with in-house teams. If you don’t have a publication-ready article, you can reach out via email to book content writing from our top-tier journalists with experience at Vanity Fair, GQ, and Forbes.
Once uploaded, our team will review your content to ensure it meets publication criteria. If everything is in order, it will be submitted to the publication house within 24-48 hours, and you will be notified by email. If changes are needed, your account manager will assist. We only submit for publication after your final approval.

Refunds (partial or full) are only considered if we fail to meet our contractual obligation to publish your news stories. By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy:

Once a story is published and a report is provided, our obligation is fulfilled. We cannot control whether stories are later removed or if a publication ceases to operate. Refunds are not provided for these circumstances, as they fall outside our control.

If we make a genuine effort to collaborate with you but do not receive your content, or timely responses, refunds will not be granted.

If the publication house rejects the content, we will issue a refund and offer to discuss alternative publications with you.

Chargebacks will result in service termination and removal of published content.

If you withhold critical information, such as ongoing legal issues, and this results in a publication rejecting your story, we will explore alternative publications that may accept it. Refunds will not be granted in such cases. Similarly, we cannot honor refund requests if you submit defamatory content after payment.

Refunds are not issued for accidental purchases, personal reasons (e.g., medical conditions), or inability to engage with us to upload your content after payment.

If you request content on topics we do not cover, as outlined in our Terms & Conditions, refunds will not be issued.

Articles generally stay permanently online. However, in some rare cases publishers may remove articles within 1-6 months. No refunds will be issued if this happens after successful publication.

Each news story needs to be unique and, customised for each publication to avoid duplicate content. Outlets do not accept duplicates.

interest to the general public. Our team may refuse to distribute materials for the following reasons (refund will apply):-
Bad headline - the headline did not include a news angle and/or link to the beneficiary distributing the content.

Advertising or SPAM - The news release reads like an advertisement or SPAM. Examples of these words and phrases include FREE, "Earn," "Don't miss this opportunity!", SELL!!!!

Poor news value - The news release does not have enough news value to distribute.

Poor writing quality - the press release is poorly written and/or does not make sense.

Lack of credible contact information - the press release contains incomplete or no credible contact information.

Keyword spam - blatantly redundant keywords or phrases in the title and text of the press release.
